Job Description For Infosys :

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Voice Process:

• Education B.COM/ M.COM/ MBA ( (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview) –
• Passed out in the year 2022, 2023 & 2024(with all mandatory education documents are eligible)
• English and Hindi spoken communication skill mandatory
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam,
• Assamese, and Kannada.
• Following the company/client processes accurately and efficiently
• Excellent Fluency in English and Hindi Mandatory (additional any regional language preferred
• Must be a good team player
• Good problem – solving skills

Note: Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift We need immediate joiners only. English and Hindi mandatory Interview Information:

• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Round 2 – Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM)
• Note – Post 11:30 AM (entry not allowed)
