Job Role :
Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice calls related to travel bookings.
Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
Qualification :
Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Decent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Fresher and experienced up-to 6 months are eligible
